Driving Directions traveling to Ring House:
Ring House

Ring House is located on East Jefferson Street in Rockville, just north of its intersection with Montrose Road. There is free parking adjacent to the residence.
From Bethesda or Washington
- Travel north on Wisconsin Avenue, Maryland 355. This becomes Rockville Pike.
- Just past Mid-Pike Shopping Plaza, turn left at traffic light onto Montrose Road.
- Turn right at third traffic light onto E. Jefferson Street.
- Ring House is the second building on the left, past the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School.
From Silver Spring
- Travel west on I-495, Outer Loop.
- Take Exit 34, Wisconsin Avenue. This becomes Rockville Pike.
- Proceed approximately 2.5 miles.
- Just past Mid-Pike Shopping Plaza, turn left at traffic light onto Montrose Road.
- Turn right at third traffic light onto E. Jefferson Street.
- Ring House is the second building on the left, past the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School.
From Gaithersburg, Frederick
- Travel south on I-270 toward Washington.
- Move into local lanes at Shady Grove, Route 28, or Potomac/Montrose Road signs.
- Take Exit 4A, Montrose Road East. Proceed about 1.5 miles.
- Turn left at 4th traffic light onto E. Jefferson Street.
- Ring House is the second building on the left, past the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School.
From Virginia
- Travel north on I-495. Cross the American Legion Bridge into Maryland.
- Pass the River Road exit; bear left at the I-270 Spur.
- Once on I-270, move to the far right, taking the local lanes.
- Take Exit 4A, Montrose Road East. Proceed about 1.5 miles.
- Turn left at 4th traffic light onto E. Jefferson Street.
- Ring House is the second building on the left, past the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School.
Via Metro
- From Washington, take the Red Line marked Shady Grove to the White Flint or Twinbrook stations. (You may board trains marked Grosvenor, but you will need to change at the Grosvenor Metro station to a Shady Grove train to continue.)
- From Gaithersburg, take Red Line marked Glenmont.
- Closest Metro stops: White Flint or Twinbrook.
From Local Airports
- From BWI:
Take Airport exit (Route 195) to I-95 South, toward Washington. Exit onto I-495 West, toward Silver Spring. Follow directions above, from Silver Spring. - From Dulles International:
Follow airport exit to Dulles Access Road, toward Washington. Exit onto I-495 North (toward Baltimore). Follow directions above, from Virginia. - From Reagan National:
Exit airport onto George Washington Memorial Parkway, North. Stay right on parkway, continuing to I-495 to Maryland. Follow directions above, from Virginia.
